Top tier? They’re cringey. It’s pure navel-gazing and he manages to overdo even that. And the melody is like a nursery rhyme, so irritatingly simple. I will never get how it compares to literally any other song from those albums

i remember being 12 and reading a metacritic review that called Lemonworld self parody and I took it literally and took a long time to appreciate Lemonworld because I thought it was an actual parody and that bothered me
