this gets a little homogenous but its still really well executed for what it is

Its homogeneity is what makes it exhausting rather than enjoyable for me, the same high-register bubblegum crap for for like 80 mins

makes me think you really have no idea what genre you are listening to but otherwise I agree its overly long and the homogeneousness brings it down

I enjoy it much more than poly, but it can get a bit tedious. Definitely a good commute album though.

Same, it's mostly first half of the album on the way to campus, second half on the way back home.

it isnt a biggie but it does impact the albums accessibility and interrupts its flow

It isn't the style that is homogenous to me, it's the similar level of attack most of the songs have. The execution between songs isn't dynamic enough for an album of this length

My friend makes pop music using similar sounds to these guys, can't be unbiased but I reckon it's better (don't let the first half of track one put you off)

This album is like crack. It will take you to the moon and then drop you off feeling cold tired and alone. A one night stand.... Being John Malkovich 2.

They released a new song called "Pop It" and it's garbage. Doesn't even sound like them. I don't know what they're doing. They sound less chip-tuney and they just aren't good with singing over their songs. The best chiptune band with singing, is Crying, in my opinion.
