the remaster for the Iggy version that was released by Legacy along with the Bowie remaster has far less clipping and doesn't sound like shit. It's honestly the way Raw Power should've been all along.

It's an album that's acceptable to sound like shit though because it conveys the band's time well.

well all the mixes for it are pretty bad

the original Iggy mix from 73 that was rejected - "Rough Power", was infamous for its poor mix and the fact that Iggy couldn't produce for shit. Only one or two tracks retained the original Iggy mix (Gimme Danger and the title track, I think)

the Bowie mix - the original - was way too streamlined and smoothed out. It has some interesting bits on the rhythmic section, but everything else sounds weak in comparison.

the Iggy 97 mix - well known for its clipping and for being way loud. The remaster for this mix greatly improved on the flaws of this mix, and is actually tolerable. It actually sounds raw.

Wait until you get to "Penetration", Pleb. That riff will be stuck in your head for a week.

"I Wanna Be Your Dog is amaze"

60s music doesn't get any better than that song
