If this ain't synthpop, what is it. Movement is more post-punk because they still trying to get the JD stench off, but I would say the pop starts with this album

Hate to sound like a NO noob, but at least 3 of 5 songs on my list would be singles lol

All of it though? Even their post-Technique stuff?

Gotta disagree.

I would rank every NO album above both 'Closer' and 'Unknown Pleasures' (each of which I currently have at a 2.0 rating).

Not to imply objective quality, importance, historical relevance, etc. etc., but in my heart of hearts I prefer listening to the worst NO album over the best JD album.

I am ready for my punishment.

Technique is easily their best album imo. I'd say Get Ready is the underrated album in their discog

As eclectic as I’d like to be, I can’t deny that this is my favorite NO album in a walk. So good. All killer no filler.

Agreed. This, Substance, and Movement are all stone cold classics. I'd really love to be able to catch Peter Hook's band play some JD & NO tunes once normalcy begins to return.
