I don't care for "Faithless", but "Mountain" and "Til Death" are great. And, of course, "Decay" is like the best track they have done in a decade.

@Durrzo You are allowed to not like it. And actually, I only really started to like once I let go of my desire to. Sevendust is one of those odd bands that you have to approach as a blank state or else your pre-conceived notions will work against your enjoyment.

Maybe I'm turning crazy but I don't liked this album.

This album is better than Home, but still no where as great as Animosity.

I found this by chance on Spotify. Technical nu-metal, pretty slick.

Didn't realize there was a new Sevendust. Next was the last album of their I liked. The one after that bored me and my interest tailed off.

Really digging this after a few listens.. Faithless and Till Death are great songs, but Decay just steals the show IMO.
While sometimes I'd like the band to be more experimental, I love how Sevendust is so comfortable and consistent with the sound they know their fans want to hear.
This might be their best since Animosity..

Giving it a first listen through. I'm an old school fan of theirs and have every album; fave is Animosity (so you know where to shelve my opinion). The first thing I notice right away is this is way more technical than they usually get. They always find creative ways to chug out that palm-muted rhythm in 4/4 but right from the get go they're stretching out and trying different time signatures and polyrhythms... I'm not yet convinced they know what to do with them, exactly, but it's exciting to see them trying that shit out. I tend to love bands that explore that territory and I love Sevendust so... in a few listens I'll probably love this.
