its a little, probably silly, typographical quirk to imply irony/make fun of pomposity or similar things. i.e. "all these people who think putting equal signs as their profile pictures signifies The End of Inequality are jokesters" so its a poke at people who would frame this album as some sort of catastrophe in wayne's career when really it's just him fucking around. still not good, but u know
