I kinda agree with zxlkho. I really like this new album (though I think GFD was better), but if the next one is in the same style as this one, I won't really be that excited.

Well he said this is a band now and he's writing music which these guys play proficiently (and all of them have some jazz fusion history), so mayyybe his next album is in the same vain. Or perhaps a PT album is next, that one ought to be interesting, he's tired of the metal thing with PT apparently.

@OmairSh: nah I didn't mean that I dislike the album or anything. I just don't think the direction he's taking will interest me any further if he releases another album like this.

This album is very good though.

I love the way he sings, but it is getting stale now. He should use more effects like the gorgeous effect after the first chorus in the title track.

Yeah I hear ya zxlkho.

The pin drop and Drive Home I couldn't really get into. The other songs were exciting intially but they've worn off surprisingly quickly.

I agree with Zamora and Yazz_Flute. I pretty much love every track here except for "Drive Home" and "The Raven"- not that they're bad songs or anything, but they're definitely the most boring of all.

I was surprised to see everyone saying "The Raven" is their favourite, I've only listened to that one like 4 times and I got bored of it after the second. "The Holy Drinker" on the other hand is incredible.
