Probably the best post-reunion Suffo, for me. Clean parts are a bit whack but the intensity is there unlike some of the other newer work.

Don't remember enjoying this this but gonna revisit it. Pierced and Effigy are rock-solid 4's for me but if I remember correctly their post-1995 albums weren't nearly as..... hairy, as those two.

The whole album is good, really. Minus the absolute lack of an intro or anything of the sort. Srs tho, Cycles... sounds like they hit the record button mid song cuz they forgot to but didnt wanna restart their playthough

Intros aren't needed and Suffocation has never been good at the TWO intro things they've done. The self-title intro track is pointless, and the Despise the Sun intro sample is pointless.
Cycles starts off perfectly fine.

I disagree. Dont need an intro but cmon it starts like mid riff and is rather annoying. Rest of the song rips hard af tho.
