Piece of death metal history I found out about today
Apparently Carcass, Pestilence, and Death were playing in Houston back in 1990, and early into the second song of Death's set (Which is Living Monstrosity, not Spiritual Healing as the video title claims), Chuck backs away from the mic mid-lyrics (mic stand seems to have been knocked around a little), then some dickhead throws a beer at him and he just storms off, quickly followed by the rest of the band
A riot broke out afterwards!

Anyone know why James Murphy was missing from this concert? (I don't hear a second guitar behind the solos, and I sure don't see him on camera.) The night before this one, Chuck stormed off-stage in Houston following some dickhead throwing a beer bottle at him right after someone did something that made him have to step away from the mic. Maybe James was pissed about that?
I love that part right after Infernal Death finishes where Chuck shakes a bunch of crowd dudes' hands. What a bro.
