I dunno, I really enjoyed it, thoroughly impressed me and I really liked how the songs were structured and the melodies and mood. I actually liked the vocals a lot too, was expecting them to be a lot less 'weird' and a lot more just plain bad. Vocalists reminds me of the guy from Wild Beasts. I'm mostly just surprised cuz usually I have similar opinions to the general Sputnik userbase, but I'm loving this.

I can see how someone can like this, and it's not god-awful-bad, but the vocal style irritates me on most of the tracks

The album is seriously so awful. Feel bad for anyone who actually spent money on this. Can't believe these guys recorded "Baby Shakes," listened to it, and thought "yeah, that sounds good."

Here i was thinking you were some staunch defender of this album lol. But well it probably made a lot more money this way than if it was marketed honestly.

Does everybody still hate this album? After listening to it a few times, I quite like it. Only song I really dislike is Slithering.

This is bad and really foolish, as the instrumentation is fine. Vocals are horrible, however, the singer can sing. I have no idea what was he thinking here.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ivn9u_6o0qM here, he's pretty good.

I have to strongly disagree with the "elitist Hipsters". I love the vocals. they are nt terrible, atrocious, or any other malicious adjective. They are comprehensive and unique. Just because they are not what you were expecting, does NOT make them bad. Open your mind and step out of your box

No, those vocals are abysmal.
