If 'Truant' wasn't so discombobulated and was somehow able to just be one solid track without all the cutaways it would be as good as 'Rough Sleeper'. As it is it's just impossible to hold onto; which might be the point, but i'm not biting

passive? what's that meant to mean?

@tyr, yeah. Dual nationality, bilingual, it's pretty sweet. Although being a 'frenchman' among proud english people is a fucking nightmare sometimes

So if a bunch of Skrillex fans check out Burial now is that a bad thing?

"and what do you mean by strictly "urban" music?"

Well it's a term bourne from the origin and popularity in big cities. It also has connotations of being new/ "current"/ whatever. It's nice and vague (and definately outdated) but it's an easy way for me to talk about dubstep and garage and the like in one word.

I remember the term being used to describe hip-hop, rap and rnb back in the early 00's, so this is a hijack.

Yeah that's generally what I associate it with, along with stuff like dubstep and the like as well though. Though when someone says "urban music" the first thing I immediately got to would be hip hop

"I'm only half english. My other half is associated with david guetta and producers dressed up as robots"
lol, talk about David Robotnik.

"edit: woah you have two nationalities?"
That so awkward? About 10-20 years ago in Germany you could have two nationalities as long as you want, buddy of mine still has his American citizenship.

and I have nothing to do with the UK and actually hate English people (generally, not you) but my grandfather was in the navy and my dad just happened to be born in Plymouth so yeah, I claimed British citizenship and am now a dual-nationalist for life. werrrrrrrrrd.

So you're someone who hates English people but despite of that claimed citizenship of exactly those people you hate? Makes sense. (how you can hate an entire nationality is beyond me but eh)
