Listened to HORSE again for nostalgia reasons. The Mechanical Hand is so fun, it kicks ass. They're approach to songwriting on that album is childlike and fantastic.



A Natural Death is fun for the same reasons but doesn't hit as hard.



This album though, holy shit. An album made by a band who's credentials should've never allowed them to create such a dense and wonderful piece of music.



R. Borlax though, is nearly unlistenable at parts. What an evolution.

A natural death isn't as fun but ive always thought it hit harder than anything that came before it, despite some weak ass tracks scattered in the second half

A natural death is brill has some of their best tracks. More aggressive than their previous stuff.



I really enjoy the instrumental tracks on it and all the calmer sections
