Are the similar artists for this accurate at all

Not really, dunno who the hell put BTBAM there lol. The first crrust. album is more melodic post-hardcore/metalcore so maybe some slight similarities to a few of the artists listed but this one is pretty chaotic mathcore with some cool jazzy drumming.

I thought this was going to sound way different based on the name. Got like 44 seconds into it might check later

TDEP and The Bled kinda make sense as the guitarwork in this has the same sort of metallic shreddy mathy stuff but this plays a lot harder into genre fusing with as mentioned by Jester jazzy drumming, along with some long drone-y sections that actually are surprisingly well handled.
