Yeah, then again I mentioned my age first so you could just have taken your advantage out of that. But whatever, like I said I'm fine with it and won't judge it.
It's just that I can't stand it when I'm saying something that people disagree with (whether or not by trolling) I get an insult. I don't get that, I want to act civilized and I would liek to see others do so too, unless if it's in a humorous context from the start.

I agree. That's why I pointed out that example as being inaccurate. Most of the folks I know that like Opeth are well into

their 30s. He was implying that it was more of a teenaged fanbase.



I do realize they are much more popular now then back in the late 90s - 2000s.

Also the thing is, you see them as very popular to teenagers, because that's what most of the internet is composed of.

musically it's not like outstandingly bad it's just uninteresting for the most part, it's the vocals that kill this for me... just cannot get past how this guy has to over-dramatize everything it's pretty annoying

I saw KNY as SNW's better looking twin brother. SNW had alot of great ambience and experimentation but it wasn't nearly fleshed out well enough whereas here everything feels much less forced.
