Yeah mindle, I agree, it's definitely nowhere near the awesomeness that was TNI, but I still enjoy it more than the average modern industrial album. But hey, it's not for everyone, different strokes for different folks. Oh and, thanks Animus!

Ehhh this was ok at the most. I'm just gonna wait till the next proper album seeing as this is nothing like the last 2 or their earlier stuff from the 80's or 90's....

Also the "dubstep" bits on here make me laugh because seeing as FLA isn't even in that area of music, they utilize the elements much better then all those horrible bands/artists that are actually dubstep. It surprisingly flows really with with their style .

Apparently, Industrial falls under Metal on this site.

Oh that's cool bro, thanks for negging my review based on you not liking the album instead of it not being well written. It's not like it even matters if you don't have an actual reason for negging. I don't care, so I really don't see what you're trying to accomplish with that.

Indeed it does, though we've been trying to change the way genre tags work for some time now. This album isn't industrial obviously, but that just can't be helped.

I really think Front Line Assembly should be categorized under the "other" section of the site, but seriously, this website needs an "electronic" section.

There are many cases where it's hard to put a band in the "correct" section. Industrial metal bands (and FLA did do some of that) can be put under metal, but i agree lots of industrial can't.

Considering the album: it does have a large EBM influence, and I tend to put EBM under "industrial" (although "electronica" is also acceptable I guess).

This was terrible. 16 year old kids can do this type of stuff on FL Studio.

Anyway told you I'd neg you if I didn't enjoy it.

Neg.

Okay, thanks for negging for no reason. Appreciate it buddy. Not like it matters though, 13 to 1.

Half the review is about dubstep and gives a wrong impression in my opinion, since these influence make up maybe 1-2 minutes on the album. Also, it should ne noted that this album sound fan-tas-tic on a good stereo or high end headphones (as expected from them). Great album!
