God damnit I knew I heard it somewhere before, I just couldn't picture where.

Judging by the artwork I thought this was either dark ambient/drone or a one-man Witch House project.

The speech is from Chaplin's The Dictator. Awesome movie with a very powerful message, and still as relevant as ever.
Great album and good review, although this is not really Djent. I guess it's Progressive Metalcore. The best the genre had to offer this year in my opinion!
