SOWN is my favourite Anthrax, by comparrison i agree this was disappointing. It still has its moments and cool songs but the overall feel and vibe of it was no good.
Ill be honest, the lack of the band logo and that terrible album cover also just perception wise hurts this album.

It's hard to choose. I guess it started off pretty decent with Acts and Fueled, but it had a pretty steep drop off after that never really recovered.

I think this album is underrated because people were expecting something else from Anthrax. For what it is (a Groovy, southern-ish, metal album of the mid 90s), it's actually good! I made my own digital version, deleting the songs I considered the weakest (King Size, Riding Shotgun, Perpetual Motion and In a Zone) and the album got way better.
