Only Alice could write a song about war and have it be one of their “happy” songs

it's a tribute to jerry's dad. that's about as happy as you could expect from an aic song

Damn, Godsmack is one of my favorite AiC songs.

This album has no clunkers imo. It’s gravy from front to back.

"it's a tribute to jerry's dad. that's about as happy as you could expect from an aic song"

I can't even. It's literally a song about the horrors of the Vietnam War. I can't fathom how anyone can get anything remotely "happy" out of it.

About the closest thing to a happy song here is probably Godsmack because it's kind of got a twisted sense of humour.

Rooster is song from when boys had fathers that got killed in unjust wars. We don't have that anymore, that's why it's such an uplifting experience.
