Would be a great choice. The Maybe Memories documentary makes me so sad due to nostalgia and how much potential this band had but damn it makes me hyped to listen to the album. Good chance I wouldn't be into the music I am if I didn't find this when I was 9 back in 2002. Literally a life changing release for me.

I always knew this band was special ever since I first downloaded A Box Full of Sharp Objects on Limewire back in the day. I remember hearing The Taste of Ink all the time on the radio as a kid too and loving it, but never really dove deep into this until a couple years ago. Growing to appreciate the deep cuts over the years is the best feeling ever. Now Say Days Ago and Pieces Mended are my favs haha.

Bert was untouchable around this time period. Start to finish his performance on this album is just stunningly awesome. Every morning for the past week I've woken up with a different song on here stuck in my head. Everything about this is perfect from the band's performances, to John Feldmann's production, to the artwork, this album has it all.
Also these madlads were such an incredible band in the early 2000's they even wrote a BANGER of a Christmas song with Alone This Holiday.

Burt was so captivating that I lowered my defenses and gave MCR's "You Know What They do to Guys Like Us In Prison" an honest shot. It led to me falling for that album as well, when I was furiously against that scene.

Niceee yeah these guys and MCR definitely go hand in hand. The split song they did together rules too.

Correct. Quinn stayed until Artwork tho, that's when they lost both and things really went downhill

Some of the best drums in the game. I do wish the bass was louder in the mix.
