I don’t know it sounds very fuzzy to me, especially compared to the new album. This one has been growing on me a lot though, Last Last Chance into the t/t is just perfect.

Someone talk me through the decision to include a plodding 12 minute closer that offers absolutely nothing of interest? I can only assume they were worried about the run time. They could’ve made it half the length and although that wouldn’t have made it much better, at least it wouldn’t have dragged it out any longer.
Album is otherwise solid but unremarkable, it could do with a little more panache, particularly in the rhythm section.

It goes nowhere though, if I wanted 'beautiful' 12 minute+ tracks that meander along aimlessly, I'll just check out the countless number of 2nd rate post-rock copyists.
