Maybe what is turning off a lot of metal fan from this band, it's the out of sync of the vox.
It is not that the vox is too high pitch but that it's feel like un-harmonic in lot of place & very good in other places.
The instrumental part are slay thrash party.
Listen to "Opiate Of The Masses". It is an impressive tracks. They dont reinvent thrash but they do it really well. This track seem like an homage for Master Of Puppets, musically talking.
Only a subjective opinion.
