Did anyone else find this weird? The Powerless Rise barely had any Breakdowns and certainly not any of

the chugging variety. The only song off this album that I think benefits from one is "Defender".

"The Powerless Rise barely had any Breakdowns"

one of the reasons why powerless is so much better. some of the breadowns are even good just because theyre timed so well, like on Upside Down Kingdom

As a huge fan of all their previous releases, this is underwhelming. Those choruses.. Those recycled thrashcore riffs. Meh.



Also, someone mentioned that Tim sounds way better compared to previous releases. I do not agree with that, i so do not.

I think they gave us hints that they'll take this direction with Decas and the electric eye cover. To album sounds more heavy metalish wich is nice but the song writing isnt as amazing as the previous two : /
