This album is gorgeous and devastating. “Drunk With the Only Saints I Know” might be one of the most perfect songs I’ve ever heard. The intro to the song is crushing, the melodies were immediately implanted in my brain, and those dual vox...oof.

I’m gonna have to try Songs About Leaving again, I have that a 3.5 and there’s no way that’s accurate given how great this one is.

Bumped to a 5, this has basically been all I have listened to the last two months. Has the potential to become my favourite album of all time. The stretch from Drunk w/ the Only Saints I Know to One Night Stand is pure perfection.

Nice to find some like-minded people concerning a random album created 20 years ago with less than 100 votes

"Fluorescent Lights" kills me.

It's been a while since I've heard an album to which my reaction is so frquently simply a one-word expletive as this one.

I mean, this was always way more Mat and Jenn's band than it was Ben's, he was a friend helping fill out the sound more than anything
