The vocal recording video was for Frankie M, which when i saw them was fucking killer but it sounds very different now, not sure how i feel about it.

also black hole man takes a more rock n roll style groove so it could definitely be that they are going in a more straight forward direction with the new stuff.

the best moment on the album is probably the first two minutes of the seer (the song).

the singing bit on a piece of the sky is great agreed, as would be the whole track if the third section (the guitar part) was improved/replaced. lunacy is a fail, should be much more haunted.

The last 10 minutes of the album are definitely the best; completely breaking down into a ritual of primal shouting and overwhelming cacophony.

Strangely enough, I got into this album right away. The second track, Mother of the World, really turns me on to the album's sound, with its repetitive studdered guitar riff and rolling drum breat. Its just an incredible piece. Classic.

Yeah, mother of the world is sick. Really has a vibe that TBK is missing

Don't get me wrong, it's still far from perfect, but it doesn't waste my time so much anymore. Tried to do the same with "Bring the Sun/Toussaint", but I guess it's hopeless. I mean, the song doesn't make any sense even without edits, so what can I do, I'm not a magician.
