I love the celtic influences.

This ended up being a very solid record. Really pleased with it.

Sounds cool.

I was under the impression from the review that project 86 was hardcore, but I still plan to listen nevertheless.

@Atari85: I thought it sounded heavier than most of their other stuff, but that might be attributed to the lower tunings. As for the best songs, I really like "SOTS", "The Crossfire Gambit", and "Blood Moon" a lot. But they all sound really good haha

As for the genre, can anyone tell me exactly where these guys are? I always thought they were hardcore, but it seems that they fall under something else.

I've already listened to this a few times now. yeah SOTS is cool. I actually really liked song 10 and 13 but I'm a sucker for bagpipes.

Hard rock with strong post-hardcore influence, I'd say.
I stopped caring at Picket Fence Cartel, but I'll give this a sho.

^^^ that's what I'd classify them as too.

Heard the two songs from SmackDown vs Raw 2008 and I liked them. Might have to check this out. Excellent review, pos'd.

As for the genre, thanks to ninjuice for straightening me out. I've always wondered what genre these guys exactly fall under...

That album art is so awesome. It's probably noteworthy that Steven Wilson (yes, that one) produced this
album.
