band is terrible though for some reason I think it's all so ridiculous it ends up being novelty and fun to listen to.

I was watching Anthony's videos of "5 nu metal bands I can't believe I used to enjoy" and coal chamber is one of those.

with lead vocals from cookie monster, dont get the korn comparisons he literaly sounds nothing like johnathan davis and the music isnt even really similar either.

The music is a complete dead rip off of Korn. I remember laughing my ass off the first time I heard those Korn panic notes in "Loco" like wooow, they weren't even trying to be original. The vocalist is very different but musically I'm surprised Korn didn't sue. Back in the day people were calling these guys Korn Chamber for a reason...

to me this sounds nothing like Korn, not even musically. this is heavier than Korn's music

this band just got back together believe it or not, the singer has another band devildriver (better band imo) but he almost died from covid, and I guess had like a scare so reformed/mended relations with the other members and reformed
