Even looking at this album without comparing it to their two previous releases, it's not that great. There are a few redeeming tracks or moments but for the most part somewhat forgettable. Island in the Sun is the best song on here by a pretty large margin

Yeah, and it’s not as if this is the end for Weezer either. I’m not someone who thinks everything they did after Pinkerton was trash, because there are probably at least 4 albums that they released after this that I prefer (maybe more than 4)
