I'd start with Space Oddity and work chronologically. You're either going to love Man Who Sold the World - Diamond Dogs (sans Pin Ups) more or you love Station to Station - Scary Monsters more. I love both sets with a preference for the earlier stuff myself.

TheNotrap: I also recommend starting with Hunky Dory. It has some of his most essential songs (Life on Mars & Changes) and also some of his funnest (Queen Bitch, Bombers, & Kooks).

I was trying to capture the essence of the concept that this album was built around and focus more on the character of Ziggy Stardust than the music that tells his tale.



...but isn't the point of reviewing music to, like, you know...oh nevermind.
