Yeah this was their last "great" record. I'd give 21st a 3, Uno and tre 2.5's, and Dos gets that fat 1.5 for some of the awful cuts. RevRad comes close to being great though.

That's fair. Most of it I wouldn't call obnoxious though, just bland. Falls into the "eh, it's alright" category more times than I was willing to admit when I first listened years ago.
