Agreed. Btw Sitar, Eric Emery's actually been pretty active during the pandemic besides that feature on Scale the Summit; he's guested on a new project called Lalchand and it's very good.

maybe its bc its like 15 minutes shorter but i def prefer this to guiding lights. both are really great tho and the best two albums dan is on
and yea this isnt really alllll that djenty at all outside of dots but the massive 00000 000 000 000000 chuggy riffs in that song kick so much ass

Haha checking it out and honestly it sounds very much like Skyharbor circa 2012. Not surprised that the guitarist is of Indian origin with that name/collab/sound. But Emery is doing a pretty good job I gotta say.
