@Mythodea
Well, I have good excuse for this since english aint my first language. I do fully agree with your point, one hit wonder is more appropriate
@Cosmic
Fuck yeah, Einar's easily the best rn and I'd argue he's one of the best of all time. Thanks to him I really with I was a tenor lol, fuck my medium range aka bass voice. I still try to reach some of their songs in original note tho
Also, Lep sure as fuck aint one hit wonder. Come one bro, I'm probably one of their biggest fanboys on this site and I'm well aware of that. Leprous for life imho

btw, can we get this album a little higher? It's just outside of top 100 progmetal albums of all time on sputnik (right now at 101st position)

@Fowo Yeah, dude, cool. English is not my mother tongue as well, and I didn't want to come off as arrogant or sth (although I maybe did!). Just wanted to clarify, blame it on my shitty compulsions. Sorry for any annoyance - Leprous for life [2]

It is an exceptional album. Jammed it yesterday and was a bit bewildered how fresh it still was.

This is where the legends were born. Sure, TPS was nice for some (personally don't enjoy it) but Bilateral? First album they played their very own, unique style and they owned it. It deserves at least 50 comment pages
Acquired taste high falsetto moment still gives me shivers everytime I hear it. Hell, I downloaded some concert part from 2019 where they played "refreshed" version of it and looped it for about 2 hours

This is a lot better than Tall Poppy Syndrome, I can agree on that. Heard 'He Will Kill Again' yesterday and I was like 'hmm, this is not that good tbh'. Parts of it are nice though, but as a song it was kinda meh
I'll slap a 4.5 on this and see if it sticks haha

Einar’s shriek screams on this are sublime.
