This is good but I -am- disappointed by it. It's more a 3.25 than a 3.5 but I love the Shins so I'll round up. It's still slightly better than OIW which is so overrated. Wincing the Night Away and Chutes are so much better than this.

I'm actually really liking this album.

I like the production and album art lot more than the actual album

I think I'm alone in thinking the title track is one of the best songs here. "The Rifle's Spiral" is also very good.

this is way underwhelming after the first few tracks

i feel really alone here in 4 land =[ "40 Mark Strasse" and the title track are two of my favourite Shins songs.

ehh the title track is out of place for me although i like it. agree about 40 mark strasse and rifle's spiral tho

yeah it takes away from the flow of the album and sounds much more atmospheric than anything else, but i think it's lovely. i'm probably in the minority here, but i think Wincing the Night Away has become my favourite shins album
