His Holland show is already sold out : (

And I really wanted to go.

Tough luck, clercqie.

I'll be seeing him on my trip to New York April 18 in Albury, and on the Roskilde Festival (a fact which I've stated on most Springsteen threads by now, haha). Can't wait!!

I should be seeing him in the summer, I'll be gutted if I miss it - despite the fact that it's in Sunderland.

It might be the last possible chance - 62 is some age as a touring musician!

I like Born to Run too much to listen to any of Springsteen's other albums.

Born to Run is probably on my top three of favorite albums, but you can't go around masterpieces such as... Every other album between Greetings from... and Born in the U.S.A.

In fact, I'll even add Tunnel of Love to that, but it's not a must.

It's not a bad album, but I was expecting more. I thought Magic was ten times better. I'm sure it will grown on me though.

Great review by the way.

This is almost as good as Magic, but I don't feel the inventiveness that some do. Great Bruce sound, and maybe the songs on their own will be good enough for a classic, but I'm at 4.5 for the album now.

Deviant.

but for the majority of Wrecking Ball that’s a fact which beggars belief

This reads awkwardly

Such stability has done little to quell the internal fire, though,

Lose the comma after "fire" (unless you talk like Shatner ;) )

with the same conviction and earnesty

Earnest conviction - earnesty is not a word

and in completely unmistakable,

Awkward

these are genuinely some of the finest songs that he’s written decades,

*in decades

ok this album is pretty good, not as good as his classics but I think it's better than a lot of his recent stuff

THE BOSSSS. Hes been everywhere it seems lately. Been showing a bunch of his concerts on Palladia. Hes been on a couple late night shows. Grammys. Even without Clarence they're as energetic as ever. I really dont know how he puts on the shows he does. Respect.

I was never a huge fan of his growing up as I was too friggin angsty, but as Ive gotten older Ive really begun to appreciate this mans music and see why hes so universally loved. Born To Run up until Born In The USA is really all the Bruce you need, but he can still write some damn good songs. No matter how famous he gets you always just feel hes one of the guys, and thats part of his appeal. Hes got some punk in him.
