Armchair was the first thing I ever got into with A. Bird, and it blew me away. I don't think I've ever stopped listening to it. I took a look back at Mysterious Production of Eggs and Weather Systems and loved them just as much if not more.
Someone finally informed me he was Andrew Bird's Bowl Fire before he was Andrew Bird, and The Swimming Hour is possibly one of my favorite albums of all time.
Break It Yourself wasn't quite the same experience as Swimming Hour for me, but nonetheless, it's amazing. I didn't even expect to be blown away by this, but I was right from the get-go.

eric gave my the link to this and it's been sitting on my computer for the best part of the month...I guess I should give it a spin. I've never been a huge fan but Plasticities is one of the best songs ever.

I think I'm in the minority of people that find this guy kind of boring. granted I've only heard Armchair but I didn't find too much to love about that album. is it worth giving this a shot?
