The song writing is always good enough to overcome their consistently flawed production choices, thankfully. I really wish they'd find one reliable person to keep going back to though lol

I wish they stuck with Kurt because FPU had their best production to date imo. I know people are probably sick of Kurt but I usually love his production.

I think they pick guys who have done records they liked and then the guys work on ETID and just don't even do the same quality of work. Steve Evetts is a great example. He did all of Dillinger Escape Plan's records and they all sound phenomenal. He also did The Big Dirty and New Junk Aesthetic and you'd never know they were recorded by the same guy.
