I loved the album, but not sure about this review... It may not be written bad, but it is not what I want from an album review. I'd like atleast some mentions/hints of the actual music.

That much worse that Drudkh's other albums then? Or perhaps assuming it's not as good as their early work, worse than Handful of Stars? I can't tell how it fits into their discography from the review....

If you include one sentence telling a reader what the album actually sounds like that'd be a better "review". I don't see how a review which necessitates someone reading another review to get an idea about the album is a good one.

Not even close. This is like them saying "Hey, we're returning to our roots and we stripped down our sound to the fucking bone". At least Handful of Stars was an experiment, not the greatest one at that but it did the trick.
