It doesn't do anything for me any more. There was a point in my life when this was my favourite album but that was a long time ago now (or not so long depending on how you 'see' time). I simply can't get all the way through this album - or I can - but I just don't enjoy it. I used to listen to this and it would help me feel, give me something to let myself go to but really that was all it was doing. It got to the point where I felt like I'd listened to this a thousand times, although in truth the number would have been closer to 15 or 20, and I was sick of it. I still am; it bores me. I get nothing, no gratification, no extra bitterness, no helping hand to that first tear I've been looking forward to all day. I don't hate this, but I certainly don't like it, justifies a 2.5 at best. But that's just ~me~
