I think these guys are kings of mainstream hard/alt rock. It's a shame the entire genre has completely devolved so that they have to be lumped in with Theory Of A Deadman and Three Days Grace and shit bands like that. Pete really knows how to write some amazing vocals, which I think the music has always just been a frame for. Chevelle is pretty much the Pete Loeffler Experience for me.
