Dani's really one of the most talented vocalists in metal. I know a lot of people think he sucks, but theres really nobody that sounds like him.

His screeches are quite unique. Just hard to listen to at first, but they grow on you. They did with me, at least.

I loved them right away. The heaviest thing I listened to before I heard COF was probably Senses Fail lol. When I first heard Dani I was amazed. Plus it was the live version of From the Cradle to Enslave so it was even more awesome.

They had to grow on me. Actually, screeched vocals took time to grow on me. I got into heavier music with Rage Against The Machine, Godsmack and Iron Maiden. And then a cousin of mine talked to me about Behemoth (Which is one of the few bands that had a show here, but I wasn't into them when it was ;_;). and after that I started getting into Death Metal. But Black Metal never really interested me. The vocals were a major part of that, but after getting used to them, I've gotten into many more bands.
