This a real album kind of album for me
|

first three tracks are incredible together and individually, and i like reflection, but the rest just got really old for some reason. tdb doesn't really stop being good throughout in my opinion. i'm worried the newest one will be worse than both

New one seems more melocore with shorter songs which I dig but I'm afraid it might feel kind of hollow

they actually played a new song a few weeks ago that was neither collapse or burn, and it had quite a few breakdowns. the breakdowns themselves were fun and i actually enjoyed them. i feel like the new one will be both more melodic and heavier

New album will probably be a balance between this and TDBHAH.

I'm moving my currents conversation over here. Currents rules. I've decided one of my overarching likes to this album is that each song has a pretty stellar intro. Sinking, Pedestal, and Optimist are definitely at the top for sweet ass intros.

The problem with this one is that every song sounds the same
