Keep forgetting Christian sounds like Kermit. I've been listening for 14 years so don't hear it anymore lol.
And holy shit, New Surrender is 11. 11 years ago I was disappointed for my first time by them. Just not a fan of that one at all. I can remember vividly what I was doing while I listened as as my heart slowly sank haha. In retrospect it's pretty solid, but not compared to the rest of their discography.

Yeah same TBH. And I don't know if that's because of my undying love for their first 3-4 albums, or if because it's actually not as engaging. Vital and Lowborn. Maybe one day I'll have to sit down and try again. Fuck I can't believe Lowborn was 5 years ago. Seeing them in concert would have been the closure I needed, but I guess that'll never happen unless they do an expanded tour another 5-10 years from now.

blueprints is probably better than lowborn tho now that i think about it still cant really get into lowborn bar we are destroyer, armageddon and dissenter (and i guess hearing voices/harbinger)
