Damn, "Colors and the Kids" is just incredible, what a perfect depression anthem, one of those songs you know is a classic right away.
Unfortunately after a few listens I'm having a hard time getting into the rest of this. "He Turns Down" and "Metal Heart" are also quite special but a lot of the other songs feel kind of...half-written.

Album has grown on me a lot but there are still a few tracks that haven't clicked for me; those being "Back of Your Head", "You May Know Him", and "Peking Saint". Those ones feel like textbook filler; remove them and this would be 4.5 tier for me (and still a sufficiently long 37 min).

It's the kind of useless extra info they put in textbooks to drive their prices through the roof
