upon first listen, I wasn't too impressed. thought The Blackening was more interesting. maybe it'll grow on me. as has been said, the last song is pretty lame.

Irving, I'm sorry you feel that way, but I wonder if you're conclusions would be as dire if not for the brilliant display of fanboyism and discredit during the first few pages?
And people defend his writing. Some of these songs can be grating at times, but none as bad as the paragraphs in the review.
And your sonic/mario reference wasn't as cryptic as you seem to think. I saw it and figured it couldn't possibly be what you came across as being so proud of in your little post.
