mh I hate to be the guy who is like "man these guys suck now, I liked them back in the day when they did the harder stuff. yea everything was better back in the day." but I fell I have to. As much as I adore Mastodon (and I really do) I just cannot get to like this album. It's just too much pop music, too easily digestible, too soft. I really miss the catchy yet proggy riffs of the glorious Leviathan (Hearts Alive anyone?)...
