This is probably one of Anders' better performances, but agreed on that, it's really all about the riffs here. The rhythm section ain't no slouch either.

very poor debut. unorganized rhythms and melodies lead to total monotonous chaos. anything that would stand out is eaten alive by the general noise until there's nothing left. anders' vocals are deeper here than he's ever done, yet they're also the worst he's ever done, including later flames albums. the name skydancer would evoke suggestions of grace and beauty, but no such thing here exists. even the female vocals are mediocre and talentless. it's like this was a demo rehearsal session for lunar strain where they later retained the general idea but dumped the actual content and the members of dt decided to release it as their own
