No matter how many times I hear Mt Saint Michel, it fucks with my brain the same way as if it played for the first time. Towards the end it gets incredible.

god-tier electronic producers don't necessarily have god-tier taste in music though. sometimes it's just a fleeting inspiration / drugs speaking through them. but each to another's own

this I believe is aphex twin's most monodimensional album, I can deconstruct and cut through it like knife through butter. there's nothing deeper than face value. almost sounds like a rushed original soundtrack for an early darren aronofsky movie or even a venetian snares project
