Far Away from the Sun slays so hard, but yeah you'd probably dig this too. This is more symphonic though, but not overblown like their later albums.

this band was only listenable when Silenoz was doing the vocals
putting Shagrath on the mic and Galder on guitars was a significant blow to the quality of their music
wait i forgot shaggy actually does vocals on this and they're actually pretty good here what the fuck happened to him after this album

i agree with that. i don't know wtf happened to Galder in this band either. once he became the primary songwriter and wanted most of the songs to be more orchestra driven instead of guitar driven, the entire band as a whole became so lazy as to release the same unbearably corny shit album over and over again for a quick buck

about halfway through. Wish they'd tone down the keys in some parts but the more straight bm parts are cool. Prob looking at a 3.5 if it stays consistent like this

Nah I haven't. Disregarded this band based on their more recent output but I felt I should give them an actual chance given that BM is basically my favourite genre at this point
