"Beauty and the Beast" is my jam. It and "Station to Station" are neck and neck for my favorite Bowie track.

The second half? Yes. The first half? Hell no.

Low is definitely better, side A is better and the instrumental side as well.

Eh, the first half of Low comes off as forced at some points.

Which makes sense, since Bowie was mad that his recording band was stopping him from

making a completely ambient album.

"Heroes" is like Bowie learning his lessons from the mistakes he made on Low. Low is still a 4

though.

prefer the second half, but the first half of low is still very much perfection

"What in the World", "Always Crashing in the Same Car" and "A New Career in a New Town" are far from perfection.

Can't spot a single weak point on "Heroes." The only reason I don't have it 5'd yet has more to do with overall vibe. That'll probably change upon further listens. It's just more polished, more fun, and less tense than Low's first half.

the overall vibe is why like low better, everything feels very surreal. the arrangement of songs makes it

feel like a singular piece of art instead of a collection of songs.

Always Crashing in the Same Car is one of the best yo

I'll be honest, Station to Station is better than both in my opinion. It's both incredibly focused

and amazing vibe wise. One of my hardest 5's.

I do like Low a lot, I'm just not taken back by it like most Bowie fans are. Originally I was even

underwhelmed by it, but it grew.

I guess i'm just the opposite, I feel a bit underwhelmed by Heroes and Station (besides maybe station's t/t, that song is the best)

Same Car and a New Career are two of the best songs on Low, the only weak point is Be My Wife

as for weak point on here, Joe the Lion is pretty horrible

"Be My Wife" actually reminds me of "Heroes" more than Low now that I think of it...

Also most of Blackout is great but it really has one of the worst choruses I've ever heard

otherwise this is perfect
