i agree w/ the sentiment of your review. and while i also think that this is def a weak em album, it still shits on a lot of stuff from other artists (which explains my 4 rating). the one issue i have w/ your review is that you praise dre for his beats on marshall mathers (the song) and stan. he didn't produce either of those tracks, and the sound effects ideas for stan were completely em's. i own "the way i am" (em's autobiography) and there's photocopied original lyric sheets for stan, on which you can see em writing "rain," "car crash," "pencil scribbling," etc.
