it's really interesting how of all their pre-Rubber Soul stuff this is arguably the one that ties the most with the later stuff. The piano in Misery, the stoned-feeling backing vocals that pop up in Anna not to mention the guitarwork throughout the song that has a Revolver haziness to it, the little "freak out" in Twist and Shout, the "finding peace in my mind" kind of lyrics of There's a Place. A Taste of Honey also has an interesting mood with the jazz brushes and echoing voices

I will add to my previous comment that instrumentally a slowed down P.S. I Love You would almost be a chilled beat to study to. Ringo rules that song
